Key Responsibilities
- Support end-to-end scholarship recruitment cycles, by managing logistical and administrative activities, including scheduling and coordinating interview sessions
- Maintain accurate and timely updates of scholar records and databases, ensuring data integrity
- Administer the application of passes for interns via Corppass e-services, including applications, extensions, and cancellations
- Support procurement activities by tracking and processing purchase requests and goods deliveries across the AIR group
Requirements
- Proficient in MS Office applications, such as Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Diploma in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or other related disciplines
- Prior experience in administrative or operations roles is advantageous, including experience in work pass application processes
