Key Responsibilities

  • Perform proper documentation of critical documents on approvals, projects, reports, etc

Requirements

  • A good knowledge of STEM or life sciences discipline
  • Experience in a grant management role in a public sector agency would be advantageous
  • Able to work and communicate with public sector partners effectively, and familiar with processes in the public sector
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with ability to engage internal and external stakeholders, including research leaders
  • Strong attention to details, e.g., grants terms and conditions
  • Good knowledge on software tools such as Words, Excel, PowerPoint etc
  • Good problem solving, analytical and systems thinking abilities
  • Experience in data analytics and visualisation tools (Tableau/Power BI) will be an advantage
