Key Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Marketing, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in business development, market development, or commercial roles within offshore and onshore energy projects (O&G and renewables).
  • Good understanding of EPCI or EPC project environments, including offshore vessels, platforms, and onshore facilities.
  • Proven ability to engage and build relationships with clients, partners, and internal technical/commercial stakeholders.
  • Strong communication and coordination skills for client-facing roles.
  • Commercial mindset with knowledge of market analysis, tender pipelines, and project development stages.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM/market tracking tools.
