Key Responsibilities
- Lead end to end configuration, implementation, and optimisation of your assigned Workday module
- Partner with HR process owners to translate business needs into system design
- Define module specific configuration, workflows, security roles, and business rules
- Lead Fit Gap analysis to ensure optimal use of Workday capabilities for your area
- Coordinate with testing teams to develop module specific test scripts and validate results
- Drive user adoption by developing and delivering targeted training sessions and documentation
- Troubleshoot, resolve, and document issues related to your module post go live
- Provide expert input on module integration points with other Workday modules and third party systems
- Stay updated on Workday feature releases relevant to your module and plan enhancement rollouts
Requirements
- 5 – 10 years of hands on implementation and support experience in the specific Workday module you are applying for
- Strong understanding of HR processes directly relevant to your functional area (e.g., absence policy design, compliance training, expense policy)
- Experience with EIB, Workday Studio, or relevant Workday integration tools (for Integration Leads)
- Demonstrated ability to lead module delivery from requirements to go live
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, including the ability to work across HR, IT, and business functions
- Experience in large scale HR transformation or system migration projects preferred
