Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and resolve equipment and process challenges at Murata's ASEAN production sites, while conducting market and technology research to support continuous improvement.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in electrical, electronics, software engineering or relevant engineering.

  • Proficiency in PLC programming and high-level programming languages such as C/C++, VB, and Python.
  • Flexibility and readiness to travel on short- and mid-term assignments to Murata's production sites and partner vendors across ASEAN, Japan, and China.
  • Experience in image processing, artificial intelligence (AI), or IT-related skills is an added advantage.
  • Excellent analytical, logical reasoning, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Knowledge of Japanese and/or Chinese languages is considered beneficial to liaise with different stakeholders.
