Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the development of budget projection of the Lines.
- Ensure budget expenditure is executed in compliance to the SMRT Trains' Policies and Procedures.
- Ensure that the expenditure is within budget and any variance to be analyses and reported.
- Assignment and verification of tracking IDs.
- Any Other Tasks Assigned.
Requirements
- Degree in Science, Engineering, Accounting, or related fields, with a minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Familiar with accounting terms as such as OPEX & CAPEX categorisations.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, able to effectively collaborate with multiple stakeholders in a matrixed environment.
- Familiar with budget management systems such as SAP/Anaplan/Ariba.
- Must be a team player and self-initiated.
- Able to work under broad supervision.
- Experience in budget management systems (ie. SAP/Anaplan/Ariba).
- Keen to learn new knowledge.
