- Strong knowledge of ISO, SPC, RCA, DMAIC, DOE and problem-solving techniques
- Preferably with process engineering experience in semiconductor processes (Wafer/chip bonding, Electroplating, Wet and dry etch, chemical mechanical polishing, photolithography and plasma deposition)
