Requirements
- Fluency in Japanese and Korean in order to liaise with partners in the Japan and Korea markets, alongside English for internal collaboration
- 3+ years of professional experience with understanding of App Store business models and related platform features, such as games and subscriptions
- BA/BS degree in Business, Marketing, or equivalent experience
- Knowledge of App Store business critical metrics and their relevance to various apps and the customer lifecycle, including top of funnel, payer conversion, retention, and re-engagement / win back
- Deep understanding of the Japan and Korean mobile app ecosystem
- Ability to analyze and communicate results clearly and effectively
- Familiarity with CRM software and tracking performance towards specific, measurable goals
- Enthusiasm for smaller developers, their needs, and their unique business challenges
- Ability to efficiently manage time, developer engagements, and developer expectations to ensure program success given targets
- Can work independently as well as in a team environment
