Key Responsibilities

Requirements
- Recent graduates with a Bachelor's or Master's degree from any discipline, preferably in Business, Finance, Accounting, Economics, Engineering, Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or Law
- Strong academic track record with a minimum of a second upper class honours or equivalent
- Demonstrated leadership experience through extracurricular activities, internships, or community involvement
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work effectively in a team and adapt to a fast-paced environment
- Passion for the banking and financial services industry
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel and PowerPoint
- Knowledge of programming languages such as Python or SQL is an advantage
- Fluency in English is required; proficiency in an Asian language is a plus
