Key Responsibilities

  • Support the Account Manager/VP Customers in defining and implementing customer account strategies. Use the account management process to integrate all aspects of the Rolls-Royce relationship with customers, and direct resources to support the attainment of the account. Use the Customer Hub to drive account management discipline.
  • Support the Account Manager/VP Customers in contract and account administration.
  • Support the Account Manager/VP Customers in generating revenue & cash plans as well as the management of cash and profit opportunities, and threat mitigation. Help to co-ordinate sales and transitions targets.
  • Support the account team in building customer relationships. Keep assigned customers informed and represent their needs and views within Rolls-Royce. Help to foster new airline relationships and help to grow the Rolls-Royce customer base in your region.
  • Manage and deliver the financial plan for your assigned customers
  • Manage any debt or payment matters for your assigned customers
  • Support achievement of Customer Satisfaction and NPS targets for your assigned customers.

Requirements

  • Degree in a technical or numerate discipline, or strong relevant experience
  • Self-motivated with an ability to work in a multifunctional and multicultural environment
  • Planning and programme management experience
  • Confident influencing and communication skills with key customer focus
  • Broad knowledge of a Customer and Services organisation is desirable and having worked within an aerospace or aviation industry would be an advantage
  • Proficient IT skills, fluent across Microsoft Office suite
