Key Responsibilities

Lead Project Teams, establishing execution approaches and overseeing planning, monitoring, and controlling activities for internal and external resources to achieve project goals.
Monitor and control project progress to ensure on-time delivery, using tracking tools and making proactive decisions to prevent slippages.
Take full responsibility for Project margin deviation, running reviews and providing best estimates to prevent negative DVC margin variance.
Manage Variation Order & Claim processes for both Client and main suppliers, obtaining necessary approvals and mitigating conflicts during execution.
Coordinate with Solution Supply Chain to procure all required services, materials, and equipment from internal and external suppliers.
Drive the formal acceptance of the Project and contract close-out, ensuring alignment with Schneider Electric policies.

Requirements

Minimum of 10 years’ work experience as a Project Manager or Senior Project Manager in Design and Construction Projects with an Electrical bias.
Bachelor’s Degree in Project Management, Mechanical, Electrical, or equivalent Engineering discipline.
PMI PMP Certification or an equivalent qualification.
Proven history of delivering high-profile projects with successful outcomes for both the Client and Company.
Experience managing the delivery of Substantial Electrical Infrastructure, O&G, and/or Multi-technology Datacenter Projects for End users/Contractors.
Ability to interface directly with contractors and end-users in a hands-on, customer-facing capacity.
