Key Responsibilities

  • Benchmark asset performance against the market to ensure investment return targets are achieved.
  • Provide guidance and mentoring to more junior team members.

Requirements

  • 8-12 years of relevant investment experience in fund management or corporate finance/M&A within a principal investment team.
  • Specialization in power, energy, and/or infrastructure is required.
  • Strong academic qualifications.
  • Proficiency in market and industry research within infrastructure or other private equity assets.
  • Strong financial modeling skills and a hands-on, detail-oriented approach.
  • Exceptional analytical ability and independent critical thinking skills.
  • Ability to make effective investment and asset management decisions.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills and ability to interact across different functions and levels.
  • Excellent written, oral communication, and presentation skills (including PowerPoint and Excel proficiency).
  • Willingness to travel frequently to various key markets.
