Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Finance leadership to plan and execute transformation initiatives, including ERP implementation, digitalisation efforts, and process re-engineering projects aligned with organisational goals
- Identify and lead opportunities for automation, AI integration using technologies such as generative AI and machine learning, and data-driven enhancements to optimise finance operations and improve service delivery
- Partner with Finance functional teams to assess and innovate key operational processes for greater efficiency, accuracy, and compliance
- Drive change management strategies to support user adoption, training, and cultural alignment. Communicate effectively with stakeholders to ensure buy-in and sustained transformation
- Monitor and ensure transformation initiatives adhere to financial regulations, internal controls, and data governance standards, where applicable
- Support cross-functional projects and initiatives as required by the Finance Division
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
- 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in finance transformation, ERP implementation, or digital projects
- Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment
- Familiarity with SAP and emerging technologies such as AI/ML, Python, SQL, Power BI, or RPA tools is advantageous
- Open to Singaporeans and Singapore Permanent Residents (PRs)
