Key Responsibilities
- Understand key business processes and requirements of clients undergoing transactions.
- Conduct financial analysis of opportunities within the context of commercial business requirements.
- Develop action plans addressing identified business opportunities and risks.
- Support management in implementing and monitoring project plans post-implementation.
- Present findings and reports to key stakeholders, including Board level management.
- Contribute actively to the team's marketing efforts (internal and external).
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or Business Management related fields.
- Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in global accounting firms.
- Detailed knowledge and understanding of financial due diligence and M&A processes.
- Proven project and time management skills.
- Strong financial analysis, commercial awareness, and business analysis skills.
- Ability to manage, develop, and motivate others within the team.
