Key Responsibilities

  • Provide same time zone tax advice on US tax matters to Singapore clients or clients in the APAC/ASEAN region.

Requirements

  • US federal income tax technical background with emphasis on Subchapter C and international tax provisions.

  • Positive work attitude, team player with strong interpersonal skills and ability to network both internally and externally.
  • A good understanding of business issues, and the ability to transform these into value-added solutions for clients.
  • Ability to develop and present new ideas and conceptualize new approaches and solutions.
  • Good project management skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • A degree in Tax Law or Tax Economics or Equivalent.
  • At least 5 years of relevant experience, preferably in a professional services/consulting/accounting firm including experience with US taxation.
  • Experience in coordinating with overseas offices in relation to multi-jurisdictional (tax) advisory projects.
  • Experience in building client relationships with strong focus in the region.
  • Highly motivated individuals with excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to prioritize shifting workloads in a rapidly changing industry.
  • An effective communicator, you'll be a confident team player that collaborates with people from various teams while looking to develop your career in a dynamic organization.
