Key Responsibilities
- Assist in developing, optimizing, and executing channel marketing and eCommerce campaigns to support distributors and sales partners.
- Support internal teams (sales, eKAM, offer marketing, marcom) in creating marketing materials, presentations, and sales tools for campaigns and proposals.
- Track and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns, providing actionable insights and recommendations.
- Use Excel to build dashboards and visual reports on sales, channel performance, inventory trends, and marketing effectiveness.
- Support partner-focused activities including product launches, events, sales trainings, trade shows, and co-branded initiatives.
- Assist in managing partner communications such as newsletters, promotions, and product launches.
- Monitor initiative expenses and support budget and claim processes.
- Contribute to the execution of the Annual Marketing Sales Plan (AMSP).
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Data Analytics, Engineering, or related fields.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Strong analytical skills and a proactive mindset.
- Detail-oriented and eager to learn.
- Self-starter capable of working independently in a fast-paced environment.
