Key Responsibilities
- Ensure all tagging requirements and associations for engineering and supplier documentation/drawings are appropriate to the 'type of tag'.
- Participate in discussions and meetings to understand client/internal project requirements for data collection, reporting, and turnover.
- Coordinate with section leads to resolve inconsistent, missing, or incorrect tag and data information, maintaining a log of data issues and resolutions.
- Create data completion (progress) and quality reports in the Client’s information management system as per project requirement, including weekly progress reports.
- Monitor and analyze recurring problems to identify critical issues and suggest areas for process improvement.
Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.
- Minimum of 3 years of working experience in an Engineering project (Piping or Instrument discipline).
- Experience in data and document control management for FPSO/FPU Projects in onshore/offshore Oil & Gas.
- Familiarity with project information management system related software (e.g., Aveva Engineering, Hexagon SDX or EDWS (SQL), and PIM (non SQL)).
- Experience with data or document related software (e.g., PIM, iDocs, Project Tools) and ability to assist in creating progress/quality reports.
- Knowledge and experience in Data and Documentation for Operation (DFO)/Vital Document & Data (VDD) activities.
