Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute detailed electrical design engineering activities aligned with overall construction schedules.
- Develop and implement design concepts and documentation standards for construction engineering deliverables.
- Lead and supervise engineers, assistant engineers, and drafting specialists, monitoring progress and quality of work.

- Liaise with clients, statutory bodies, and classification societies to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Interpret client technical specifications into actionable design concepts and key deliverables.
- Conduct detailed engineering calculations, analysis, and optimization for safe and standards-compliant designs.
- Support commercial discussions related to design scope, variations, and technical clarifications.
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Electrical Engineering
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in detailed engineering.
- Specific experience in cableway design and cable routing for marine/offshore projects.
- Proficiency in 3D modeling tools including AVEVA, SmartMarine 3D (SM3D), and Navisworks.
