Key Responsibilities
- Responsible for site facilities operation within designated buildings, leading outsourced operations and maintenance teams.
- Ensure timely execution and completion of all preventive and reactive work orders.
- Collaborate with engineers to optimize resource allocation for maintenance activities.
- Maintain compliance with all site EHS requirements and actively participate in safety programs (e.g., work permits, LOTO).
- Establish maintenance procedures and service contracts to sustain safe, reliable, and efficient operation of building MEP and process utility equipment.
- Oversee the safe service of critical systems including electrical panels, chillers, AHUs, generators, UPS, and fire protection.
- Review maintenance reports and downtime logs to drive improvements in Utilities and Facility systems.
- Proactively address complaints and abnormalities, leading Root Cause Analysis for incidents to prevent recurrence.
- Plan and execute annual power shutdown maintenance without impacting live cleanroom operations.
Requirements
- Proven experience in facility management and site operations.
- Ability to lead and control outsourced operation, maintenance, and service teams.
- Strong understanding of building MEP and process utility equipment (e.g., HT/LV switch gears, Chillers, AHUs, Generators).
- Ability to establish effective service contracts with vendors, including spare part management.
- Demonstrated ability to adhere to strict EHS and regulatory codes.
- Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail in high-stakes environments.
