Key Responsibilities
- Input all drawings, punch list items, and clearance notes into the database.
- Perform checks and verifications against project documents including SLD, P&IDs, and D&IDs.
- Perform arithmetic calculations on lengths, angles, scales, and unit conversions.
- Mark up drawings according to system/sub-system boundaries.
- Coordinate with the site team to provide progress updates and ensure the use of the latest drawing revisions.
- Assist the Commissioning Manager or Project Manager in preparing Daily, Weekly, or Monthly reports.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of commissioning experience in the Oil & Gas/Wind Farm industry.
- Proven working experience related to Database setup and management.
- Familiarity with project completion management systems such as PIMS, FIC, Sispen, and Certificate.
- Basic knowledge of the Project Completion process and familiarity with ship systems.
- Proficiency in MS Office suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Familiarity with permit-to-work systems and lock-out tag-out procedures.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and planning skills.
- Familiarity with Project Specifications, Technical Standards, and HSE Standards.
