Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate on risk identification and mitigation related to the KDN Tax & Legal roadmap.
  • Measure and evaluate success of adoption initiatives, incorporating feedback to refine strategies.
  • Provide timely, strategic feedback and recommendations to senior management based on stakeholder insights and program performance.

Requirements

  • Experience as a client facing professional in Tax & Legal
  • Excellent communication (including PowerPoint) and interpersonal skills
  • Strong ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders
  • Track record of success in managing complex change initiatives at clients or in a member firm
  • Good understanding of the principles of adoption and change management
  • Ability to make quick, sound decisions and work in an agile way
  • A structured approach and strong project management skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Experience with shared services, managed services and/or outsourcing would be beneficial
