Key Responsibilities

Support OT systems such as Delta V and Aveva PI, alongside Infrastructure Cybersecurity activities including patch management and threat monitoring.
Develop automation scripts using SQL or Python to streamline manual processes, assist with data analytics, and digitization initiatives.
Generate reports and dashboards using Python and Tableau, integrating with AWS and Snowflake for data analysis.
Troubleshoot and resolve system and network-related issues concerning control systems.
Provide Level 1 on-site/remote IT support for applications (ERP, LIMs, MES) and end-user devices.
Manage IT service tickets by identifying root causes and performing independent troubleshooting.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Manufacturing, Quality, Engineering) on continuous improvement projects.

Requirements

Diploma or degree in Engineering (Electrical, Electronic, Mechanical), Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Information Technology, or equivalent.
Fundamental knowledge of Windows Client and Server Administration, SQL Databases, software development, and system integrations.
Knowledge of Cyber Security, network, and infrastructure concepts.
Experience or strong interest in Big Data technologies (AWS, Snowflake, Tableau).
Familiarity with Testing and Validation of software, hardware, and process is required.
Must be able to commit for 5 working days (Monday - Friday).
