Key Responsibilities
- Support OT systems such as Delta V and Aveva PI, alongside Infrastructure Cybersecurity activities including patch management and threat monitoring.
- Develop automation scripts using SQL or Python to streamline manual processes, assist with data analytics, and digitization initiatives.
- Generate reports and dashboards using Python and Tableau, integrating with AWS and Snowflake for data analysis.
- Troubleshoot and resolve system and network-related issues concerning control systems.
- Provide Level 1 on-site/remote IT support for applications (ERP, LIMs, MES) and end-user devices.
- Manage IT service tickets by identifying root causes and performing independent troubleshooting.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Manufacturing, Quality, Engineering) on continuous improvement projects.
Requirements
- Diploma or degree in Engineering (Electrical, Electronic, Mechanical), Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Information Technology, or equivalent.
- Fundamental knowledge of Windows Client and Server Administration, SQL Databases, software development, and system integrations.
- Knowledge of Cyber Security, network, and infrastructure concepts.
- Experience or strong interest in Big Data technologies (AWS, Snowflake, Tableau).
- Familiarity with Testing and Validation of software, hardware, and process is required.
- Must be able to commit for 5 working days (Monday - Friday).
