Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute marketing programs within the assigned territory—aligned with Asia Marketing initiatives—to drive market expansion and business growth
  • Coordinate logistics, venue arrangements, and on‑site support for trade shows, product launches, and customer events
  • Travel and participate in marketing events as assigned by the Country Manager

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in science, Biomedical Engineering, Biology, Health Sciences, or a related field.
  • Minimum 8 years of sales experience in innovative cardiology medical devices or advanced healthcare technologies.
  • At least 3 years of proven people management experience, with a strong track record in coaching, developing, and leading high ‑ performing teams.
  • Demonstrated experience in leading a business unit or function to achieve sales, operational, and financial targets.
