Key Responsibilities

  • Startup and qualify new process and new equipment within scheduled timeline. Work closely with Equipment Engineer on new equipment acceptance
  • Troubleshoot process issues (daily operations sustenance) and initiate/drive complex projects to improve yield/quality, cost & manufacturing KPIs in Lithography
  • Analyze data from pass down to identify chronic process issues, establish improvement programs and resolve them. Act as technical consultant to AEs. Perform tasks without error.
  • Work with Process Integration/Yield Enhancement teams to improve the process stability and process margin, achieve good quality process and cost-effective production.
  • Analyze SPC/SEC charts, review split lots, DOE data, ET, sort yield using JMP & other in-house systems.
  • Raise PCRB and understand the requirement for PCRB opening, follow through with qual plan, analyze data using required software and CR closure.
  • Follow up on SPSR, MRB, 8D, TECN, or spec update with ECN
  • Keep projects/investigations on track and report progress/roadblocks to your manager
  • Responsible and accountable for complying with and implementing environmental, health, safety and security (EHSS) system, policies, procedures and guidelines that are applicable to your scope of work, thereby maintaining a healthy and safe workplace.

Requirements

  • Degree in Electrical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Materials Engineering, Science, Solid State Physics or other relevant engineering or physical science disciplines
  • At least 3-4 years working experience in Lithography in 200mm or 300mm fabs
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively with different cultures
  • Willingness to work on weekend swing shift (Sun-Thu or Tue-Sat) and support overtime as per business needs
