Key Responsibilities
- Manage Critical Issue Management & Executive Communications, collaborating with business and IS&T teams on triage, recovery, and post-operations.
- Conduct Problem Management through trending analysis, working with IS&T applications, infrastructure, and business teams to establish root causes and preventive actions.
- Support business activities during Peak Events (New product launches and Promotions) and manage related systems post-operations.
- Manage Program/Project initiatives concerning System upgrades (Support packs, infrastructure changes, enhancements) and system downtimes.
- Ensure effective change management when necessary to drive organizational integration, both regionally and globally.
Requirements
- Minimum of 6-8 years of relevant experience.
- In-depth knowledge and experience in project and process management.
- Proven track record leading strategic projects while executing tactical tasks.
- SAP System and process proficiency.
- Strong Project Management experience with meticulous attention to detail.
- Proven ability to work effectively in a matrixed, global organization.
