Key Responsibilities

- Strategically direct litigation strategy and case progression
Requirements
- 7-10+ years of major law firm and/or in-house litigation experience
- Strong experience leading competition and/or regulatory-related litigation
- Significant experience working with experts and expert-related discovery
- Experience handling matters across geographies in the APAC region and India
- Juris Doctor or equivalent degree
- Admission to practice law in a relevant jurisdiction
- Strong technology interest and competence
- Relevant trial experience beyond competition-related litigation
- Excellent communication, analytical, organizational, and negotiation skills
- Proven track record in handling sophisticated litigation matters
- Ability to work as a self-starter with minimal supervision
- Experience in appellate-level litigation
