Key Responsibilities
- Gather data and information through interviews and process walkthroughs to understand current-state client processes.
- Analyze, optimize, and/or re-design end-to-end Finance processes, including associated technology.
- Support the automation of Finance processes using Robotic Process Automation (RPA), Artificial Intelligence (AI), and Machine Learning (ML).
- Lead research to provide value-adding recommendations regarding Finance Policies and Data Standards.
- Determine the digital Finance strategy, design the Finance Operating Model, and establish Finance Governance to support CFO offices.
- Assist in proposal development alongside Directors and Partners.
Requirements
- Degree in Finance or Accounting discipline.
- 5-8 years of relevant experience as a Process Champion or Consultant.
- Knowledge of ERP systems and functionalities related to major Finance processes (Order to Cash, Procure to Pay, Record to Report).
- Excellent written, communication, and presentation skills in English.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint).
- Prior experience leading teams for projects and pursuits.
