Key Responsibilities
- Deliver end-to-end technology due diligence across a target’s landscape, including proprietary software, enterprise technology, data, infrastructure, cybersecurity, and architecture.
- Evaluate proprietary software and product technology by assessing feature set, roadmap, architecture, R&D processes, scalability, security posture, and team capabilities.
- Advise on technology and cybersecurity during separations and integrations, mapping dependencies in carve-outs and defining target-state operating models.
- Conduct rapid value-creation diagnostics to identify operational bottlenecks, performance gaps, and cost-optimization opportunities.
- Support executive decision-makers by leading engagement workstreams across pre-deal due diligence, carve-outs/integrations, and portfolio value assessments.
Requirements
- Basic or strong understanding of modern software concepts (e.g., SDLC, product management, cloud infrastructure, software architecture, APIs, data platforms).
- Familiarity with enterprise IT environments and ERP systems.
- Ability to interact directly with target company CTOs/CIOs and broader management teams.
- Proven ability to apply a critical, deal-focused lens to address core client questions in transactions.
- Strong analytical skills to assess technology risks and opportunities across operating models.
