Key Responsibilities

Requirements
- Diploma in any engineering discipline
- At least 3 years of relevant supervisory experience in a high‑volume, high‑tech environment
- Experience in managing operators and line leaders
- Participated in OJT activities as trainer or in QCC activities – advantageous
- Good analytical and resourceful in identifying operation shortfalls to enhance efficiency
- Related industry knowledge of smart‑card manufacturing or semiconductor industry – a plus
- Must be able to independently manage assigned night shift operations
- Strong interpersonal, communication and influencing skills
- Possess initiative to handle improvement and upgrading activities
