Key Responsibilities
- Enforce 'No Tolerance to Deviation' and Stop Work Authority policies in daily activities.
- Proactively monitor production parameters, escalating any deviations or abnormalities found during operation.
- Safely and efficiently operate assigned processes to meet daily quality, production, and productivity goals.
- Execute assembly and disassembly of production equipment for changeovers and process preparation, performing basic maintenance.
- Operate and troubleshoot analytical equipment for in-process testing and final product validation against strict specifications.
- Review and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Working Instructions (WIs) to maintain accuracy.
- Actively participate in monthly safety meetings and serve as a member of the ALAM Emergency Response (ER) Team.
Requirements
- Minimum Nitec in Chemical Process Technology or equivalent for fresh graduates.
- 1-3 years of experience in process, production, or project engineering is preferred.
- Experience within high purity specialty chemicals, food, nuclear, semiconductor, or pharmaceutical plant operations is advantageous.
