Key Responsibilities
- Act as the single point of contact for regional tendering activities for assigned C&SP target accounts.
- Drive Services C&SP revenue growth by developing value-added, digitally enabled solutions and offers.
- Lead the preparation of commercial and technical proposals for strategic bids, ensuring accurate costing and timely submission.
- Consolidate multi-country inputs to develop cohesive, competitive commercial & technical proposals.
- Develop, implement, and continuously improve regional tendering standards and best practices.
- Monitor tendering performance KPIs, identify gaps, and implement improvement actions to support segment growth.
- Ensure full compliance with Services Selling Governance and the Customer Project Process for Services.
Requirements
- Degree in Electrical engineering or other related disciplines.
- Minimum 6-8 years of experience in Tendering.
- Strong digital and business acumen skills.
- Entrepreneurial, engaged, and highly motivated with excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Proven ability in people leadership and teamwork within a multicultural environment.
- Highly structured, process-oriented with excellent planning capabilities.
- Ability to control all processes and behaviors from tender stage through to service contract delivery.
