Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and develop AI-driven solutions to surface actionable insights.
  • Develop monitoring metrics to reflect real-world model performance and recommend future directions for models and digital solutions.
  • Deliver high-complexity predictive and prescriptive models to surface insights, define success measures, and track performance.
  • Mine and analyze monthly calls, returns, telemetry, and sentiment (NPS, web reviews) data for holistic product quality analysis.
  • Enable predictive data analytic capabilities using printer telemetry data.
  • Translate insights into effective visualizations that communicate business value and innovation potential.
  • Solve difficult, complex problems independently with a fresh perspective and good judgment.

Requirements

  • Four-year or Graduate Degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or related field.
  • 5-7 years of professional experience, preferably in data analytics, statistical modeling, or machine learning.
  • Strong foundation in data science and core machine learning concepts.
  • Proficiency in SQL for efficient data extraction and manipulation.
  • Proficiency in computer programming languages such as Python or R.
  • Experience with large language models, multi-modal models, and prompt engineering.
  • Attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
