Key Responsibilities
- Research and compile industry best practices to strengthen employer branding, candidate experience, and overall recruitment effectiveness
- Assist in the preparation of user guides for new initiatives to support change management, increase adoption and knowledge sharing
- Conduct research and analysis to improve data management, accuracy, reporting, and insights for recruitment
- Gain practical experience with applicant tracking systems, sourcing platforms, and other recruitment platforms to optimize current processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness
- Support the Campus Recruitment Lead to develop and execute initiatives aligned to our global campus recruitment mandate
- Assist in global campus operations, providing end-to-end support for recruitment-related activities, such as interview coordination, event planning, logistical coordination, and talent marketing
- Supporting the talent acquisition activities globally such as coordinating and scheduling of interviews, reference/background checks, screening and shortlisting of CVs etc.
- Any other ad-hoc administrative duties when required
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a degree in any discipline with a keen interest in HR and/or Talent Acquisition/Campus Recruitment
- Available to commit a minimum of 6 months for the internship
- Demonstrates strong planning, follow-up, and organizational skills
- Possesses a hands-on approach, meticulous with a keen eye for accuracy
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and tight deadlines
- A team player, creative and self-starter
- High level of interpersonal, specifically communication and writing skills
- Proficient IT skills, familiar with search engines and databases. System knowledge in SuccessFactors, recruitment databases, and AI-driven recruitment tools would be highly advantageous
- Familiar with MS Office, and Outlook
