Key Responsibilities

Requirements

Master’s degree or Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, or a related field
Minimum 10 years of experience in purchasing or supply chain
Proven expertise in SAP S/4HANA MM with working knowledge of PP and SD modules
Knowledge in supply chain and procurement operations process
Excellent communication skills with the ability to work across time zones and cultures
Strong problem-solving mindset with experience in fast-paced, high-mix environments
Experience leading global transformation initiatives in SAP S/4HANA procurement
Familiarity with advanced supply chain models and digital procurement tools
Experience with flexibility models such as Safety Stock, VMI, and consignment
Ability to influence and drive alignment in a global matrix structure
Strong presentation skills for sharing insights with leadership
