Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and coordinate relevant safety audits including performance of Global EHS Standards Assessment Program
- Ensure audit findings are managed, owned by responsible parties, and tracked to closure in a sustainable manner
- Ensure IMS GlobalFoundries Singapore Product Lifecycle Management (safety standards, procedures, programs), SS651, ISO 14001, 45001 are developed and integrated
- Support the Management Representative (MR) in preparing and facilitating annual Management Review, follow up annual Management Review recommendations and track area of improvement to closure
- Work with stakeholders to review legal requirements, changes, and updates related to Health, Safety, Environmental & ISO Standards
- Support relevant stakeholders to interpret EHS legal requirements to ensure compliance are met
- Participate and contribute to the success of global EHS Centre of Excellence program implementation
- Own and deliver assigned safety programs to ensure GlobalFoundries Singapore right to operate
- Provide analysis of the findings, trends and gain insights to drive improvement via safety campaigns
- Support stakeholders to resolve challenges with potential safety consequences
- Work on safety projects and assignments as needed
Requirements
- Min. 8 years safety and integrated management system work experience
- Recognized bachelor's degree in safety or chemical
- Master's degree in safety or chemical highly desired
- Experience in developing, implementing, and maintaining safety and health programs
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to work well within a global matrix team and environment
- Knowledge of chemistry and EH&S issues associated with semiconductor industry is a significant plus
- Registered Workplace Safety Health Officer is an added advantage
