Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and coordinate relevant safety audits including performance of Global EHS Standards Assessment Program
  • Ensure audit findings are managed, owned by responsible parties, and tracked to closure in a sustainable manner
  • Ensure IMS GlobalFoundries Singapore Product Lifecycle Management (safety standards, procedures, programs), SS651, ISO 14001, 45001 are developed and integrated
  • Support the Management Representative (MR) in preparing and facilitating annual Management Review, follow up annual Management Review recommendations and track area of improvement to closure
  • Work with stakeholders to review legal requirements, changes, and updates related to Health, Safety, Environmental & ISO Standards
  • Support relevant stakeholders to interpret EHS legal requirements to ensure compliance are met
  • Participate and contribute to the success of global EHS Centre of Excellence program implementation
  • Own and deliver assigned safety programs to ensure GlobalFoundries Singapore right to operate
  • Provide analysis of the findings, trends and gain insights to drive improvement via safety campaigns
  • Support stakeholders to resolve challenges with potential safety consequences
  • Work on safety projects and assignments as needed

Requirements

  • Min. 8 years safety and integrated management system work experience
  • Recognized bachelor's degree in safety or chemical
  • Master's degree in safety or chemical highly desired
  • Experience in developing, implementing, and maintaining safety and health programs
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Demonstrated ability to work well within a global matrix team and environment
  • Knowledge of chemistry and EH&S issues associated with semiconductor industry is a significant plus
  • Registered Workplace Safety Health Officer is an added advantage
