Key Responsibilities
- Support the coordination and documentation of regional and global Talent Management initiatives and programs.
- Assist the team in tracking activities and milestones related to key talent programs, including ATP and SGP.
- Contribute to the preparation of materials, summaries, and documentation for talent discussions, program reviews, and internal meetings.
- Support the organization and maintenance of documentation related to Talent Management processes and program activities.
- Gain exposure to Talent Management dashboards and key talent indicators, assisting the team in consolidating information for periodic reviews.
- Support research and benchmarking activities related to Talent Management practices and leadership development.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Strong organizational and analytical skills.
- Comfort working with data and preparing presentations.
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
- Strong communication skills in English.
- Interest in Talent Management, leadership development, and organizational effectiveness.
