Requirements

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills.
  • Comfort working with data and preparing presentations.
  • Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Strong communication skills in English.
  • Interest in Talent Management, leadership development, and organizational effectiveness.
