Key Responsibilities
- Contribute to and lead the design and development of solutions that meet customer requirements while ensuring alignment with the cybersecurity program.
- Define solutions balancing requirements, cost, schedule, and risk to satisfy customer needs.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders, advising on security controls and processes/procedures.
- Develop or update critical cybersecurity documentation such as Statement of Applicability, Security requirements, Incident Response Plan, and System Security Plan.
- Conduct periodic reviews of implemented security configurations against selected security frameworks.
- Perform Vulnerability Assessments through regular scans and cybersecurity audits, generating reports with recommendations.
- Lead where assigned the integration and verification of security controls.
- Contribute to cybersecurity test campaigns and Security risk assessments.
- Deliver fundamental-level cybersecurity training in an accessible manner.
Requirements
- Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related discipline majoring in Cybersecurity.
- 5+ years of proven experience in the Cybersecurity field.
- Strong knowledge in Cybersecurity solutions (e.g., IAM, PAM, SIEM, EDR, Keys, Firewall).
- Strong knowledge in Cybersecurity engineering activities.
- Knowledge of Systems Engineering Lifecycle and relevant standards (e.g., ISO/IEC15288).
- Demonstrated ability to achieve effective outcomes in a multidiscipline, multi-culture environment.
- Sound judgment and independent decision-making capability.
