Requirements
- 10+ years of progressive recruitment or talent acquisition experience.
- 5+ years leading recruiting teams in large, matrixed, or multinational organizations.
- Proven experience overseeing full-cycle recruiting across APAC or other diverse, multi-country regions.
- Expertise in driving high-volume, high-complexity hiring within technology, consulting, or professional services.
- Proven ability to partner with senior executives and translate business needs into actionable talent strategies.
- Strong understanding of APAC labor markets, hiring trends, and employment regulations.
- Track record of building and mentoring high-performing teams across time zones.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and analytical skills with a data-driven approach.
- Ability to travel as required.
