Key Responsibilities
- Review and approve change requests affecting the facility infrastructure of data centers as a CAB Approver.
- Assess risks, business impact, compliance, and technical feasibility of proposed changes to ensure minimal disruption.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the safe and efficient execution of infrastructure changes.
- Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs on electrical, mechanical, and general facility systems.
- Conduct onboarding training for new hires and provide regular upskilling sessions for existing staff.
- Organize practical workshops, simulations, and walkthroughs of critical data center systems.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in electrical, mechanical engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in data center operations with a focus on facilities systems.
- Certified in ITIL (preferably v4) with proven experience in Change Management processes.
- Proven experience in training or mentoring technical staff.
- Strong analytical, communication, documentation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and influence stakeholders.
