Key Responsibilities
- Lead a team Business Development Managers and is accountable for the KPIs and development of the team
- Work closely with Business Performance Team in developing cluster campaigns and new channels for agencies to acquire customers such as roadshows, digital leads generation, associations, networking events
- Look beyond existing solutions and own area to define/resolve complex issues in new situation
- Drive sales through identified key performance indicators and strategic objectives
- Implement sales management strategies to improve texture of the business
- Assist Financial Consultants and Agency Leaders to achieve their production through seminars, campaign, sales training, objections handling, sharing of best practice by top producer
- Conduct quarterly cluster update, recognition and organize strategic initiatives to drive production, service and compliance
- Work closely with designated underwriter and AML team on underwriting requirement especially for HNW/Affluent cases
- Manage stakeholders by fostering clear communication internally and externally
- Work with internal stakeholders to leverage on digital and media to reach out to new customer segment
Requirements
- Exhibit ability to deliver effective communication and excellent interpersonal skills
- Possess strong leadership qualities and a mind towards excellence
- Strong stakeholder management skills in influencing and persuasion
- Dynamic individual who strives in fast moving environment
- Minimum 5 years of working experience in Distribution Management or Business Development roles
