Key Responsibilities
- Drive growth and expand the services portfolio within the Cloud Service Provider Segment.
- Cross-sell various service offerings including Power, Digital Energy, Industry, Secure Power & Cooling.
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process and post-sale support.
- Manage sales funnel, account planning, and opportunity detection using BFO (Salesforce.com).
- Provide timely monthly forecasts and summaries using BFO.
- Collaborate with internal teams to create compelling services proposals (Tender, project, operation, and pre-sales).
- Monitor margins to ensure they meet or exceed country thresholds, utilizing the DOA process for escalations.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or mechanical engineering equivalent.
- Proven sales experience or a strong interest in a sales role, preferably within services or technology solutions related to UPS, Data center Cooling, BMS, or Power systems.
- Proven ability in account management and building sustainable customer relationships (Customer Intimacy).
- Proficiency in Cold Calling and Social Selling techniques.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including presenting to C-level customers.
- Thorough knowledge of Schneider Electric services across the Asset Management Life Cycle and good knowledge of power/secure power/industry systems.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and ERP/CRM related tools.
