Key Responsibilities

- Sustain equipment KPI and make continuous improvements to enhance performance
- Monitor and control equipment performance indices
- Optimize PM procedures to make them more effective and efficient
- Coordinate with process and manufacturing engineers to ensure efficient work execution
- Manage logistics for parts to prevent prolonged downtime during equipment failure
- Manage maintenance expenditure without compromising quality output
- Plan and implement an effective Preventive Maintenance program
- Document Corrective Action and Best Known Methods and disseminate for ROI and learning
- Participate in CIP programs to optimize equipment utilization and maintenance cost
- Become the technical expert for the respective machine specialization
Requirements
- Bachelor Degree in Electrical / Electronics / Chemical / Mechanical / Microelectronics Engineering
- Min 2-3 years of relevant work experience in Photo Equipment (Track) in semiconductor industry
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and leadership skills
- Strong analytical skill and ability to work under pressure in fast-paced environment
- Proficient with MS Power Point, Excel, Excel VBA, Power BI
