Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain and update the database for all SMRT AFM and TMRB submissions, ensuring data accuracy and completeness.
  • Update and maintain dashboards, highlighting areas for improvement and supporting management decision-making.
  • Process approval workflows and liaise with LTA for status updates and clarifications.
  • Generate and compile the EGB monthly report for submission to LTA, ensuring compliance with reporting requirements and deadlines.
  • Identify and propose process improvements based on data trends and dashboard insights.
  • Support ad-hoc administrative and reporting tasks as assigned by the supervisor.

Requirements

  • Diploma or higher in Business Administration, Information Management, or a related field.
  • At least 2 years of relevant administrative or data management experience preferred.
  • Experience in a regulated or transport industry environment is an advantage.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Basic competency in Power BI or similar dashboarding/visualization tools.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and reporting.
  • Good organizational and time management skills, able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills for liaising with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
