Key Responsibilities
- Lead product and process qualification activities for new and existing technologies.
- Develop and execute qualification plans, including test vehicle design and data collection.
- Analyze process and product data to identify trends, issues, and improvement opportunities.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Materials Science, Physics, Chemistry, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in semiconductor process or product engineering.
- Strong understanding of semiconductor manufacturing processes (e.g., lithography, etch, deposition).
- Experience with statistical process control (SPC) and data analysis tools (e.g., JMP, Excel).
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional projects and drive results.
- Excellent problem-solving and root cause analysis skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work in a cleanroom environment.
- Knowledge of quality management systems (ISO, SEMI standards) is a plus.
- Experience with failure analysis techniques (e.g., SEM, TEM, EDX) is preferred.
