Key Responsibilities

  • Manage all phases of application development, from detailed requirements gathering and architectural design to development, testing, deployment, and post-production support
  • Build secure, scalable, and maintainable IT solutions with advanced functionalities, applying best practices and performance optimization, administer the IT platforms, ACL management, support platform upgrading
  • Evaluate and adopt appropriate development platforms and approaches, including low-code/no-code or traditional coding to meet requirement
  • Collaborate effectively with business users and IT teams to align technical solutions with broader organizational goals and ensure high-quality delivery
  • Liaise with HQ team and external service providers for implementations, enhancements, and troubleshooting
  • Executive any other tasks or roles assigned by superior

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related technical field
  • Minimum 1–3 years of experience; high-potential fresh graduates with strong internship portfolios in software development will be considered
  • Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, SQL, and REST/SOAP APIs for system integration
  • Strong ability to analyse complex business problems, define root causes, and translate them into structured technical requirements
  • Prior exposure to enterprise platforms such as ServiceNow, Intramart, Microsoft Power Platform, or SharePoint
  • Excellent communication and people skills to effectively liaise with business user and technical teams
  • Understanding of the ITIL framework (Incident, Change, Problem and Request Management) and Agile/Scrum methodologies
  • Familiarity with cloud concepts
