Key Responsibilities
- Increase coverage and reach across Geography & Segment through channel partners.
- Enroll new Partners when relevant to expand market presence.
- Ensure end-to-end alignment with Divisions regarding contracts, Services targets, and rules of engagement.
- Ensure effective deployment and execution of Commercial Policy for Services and Digital Tools like MySchneider for Partners.
- Drive coordination of Services pricing and offer standardization across the partner base.
- Monitor Partner performance through monthly reviews with Global Services and country teams.
- Develop and execute action plans for low-performing Partners in collaboration with countries.
- Conduct onboarding and training sessions for new Services Channel Sales personnel.
- Promote Services offers from main Divisions to relevant Channel Sales partners.
- Deploy new Partner programs, including support for Global Services like EcoXpert.
- Serve as AI Champion by collaborating with stakeholders across countries to drive Services AI initiatives.
Requirements
- Bachelor's / Master’s degree in Business or Engineering.
- 10+ years of sales/marketing experience (Greenfield, Services, Consulting).
- Strong knowledge of Channel Partners and End-User business models.
- Familiarity with Schneider Electric Products and Services is required.
- Proven ability to prioritize multiple tasks and build strong customer relationships.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and ERP/CRM related tools.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Matrix management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Ability to drive countries across East Asia with multi-cultural exposure.
