Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement AI models and solutions with a focus on ethical and responsible practices.
- Detect, evaluate, and apply relevant RAI dimensions (bias, fairness, robustness, explainability) in AI systems and mitigate identified risks.
- Support client sales conversations and proposal preparation.
- Optimize and maintain existing AI systems for enhanced performance and adherence to ethical standards.
- Participate in the full AI development lifecycle, including data preparation, design, coding, testing, deployment, and support.
- Contribute to the development of internal guidelines and best practices for responsible AI development and technical training.
- Assist in the identification and correction of biases in datasets and AI models.
- Document AI development processes to maintain a transparent record of decisions and methodologies used.
Requirements
- Proven experience building state-of-the-art AI systems to solve difficult business challenges.
- At least one year of experience focusing on responsible AI aspects (Fairness, Transparency, Explainability, Robustness, Soundness, Privacy).
- Strong technical specialization in AI/ML modeling.
- Excellent communication skills to liaise with clients and colleagues.
- Problem-solving mindset with a passion for data.
- Ability to thrive in challenging modeling environments.
