Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- 8+ years of experience in business development, partner management, or sales, preferably with GSIs.
- Proven track record of achieving revenue targets and managing complex partnerships.
- Strong understanding of the JAPAC market and cultural nuances.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work cross-functionally and influence without authority.
- Fluency in English and at least one Asian language (e.g., Mandarin, Japanese, Korean) preferred.
- Willingness to travel within JAPAC as needed.
