Key Responsibilities

  • Provide end-to-end coordination and operational support for programs and initiatives across APAC

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
  • Relevant experience in program management, project management, operations, strategy consulting, or philanthropy
  • Experience working with nonprofit organizations, social enterprises, or community-based initiatives, particularly in economic advancement and/or digital responsibility
  • Lived experience or professional exposure to socially and economically marginalized communities
  • Strong ability to manage multiple stakeholders and communicate effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent written communication skills, with the ability to produce clear, concise, and error-free emails, documents, and presentations
  • Strong project and program management skills with exceptional attention to detail
  • Demonstrates humility and a community-centered mindset, with a strong commitment to collaboration and listening
