Key Responsibilities

  • Provide leadership in Agilent internal or customer projects as Project Manager throughout the project lifecycle (Initiation, Design & Planning, Execution, Closure)
  • Support and enable end-to-end customer engagement in Enterprise Services covering Asset Performance Management (APM) and Relocation Programs
  • Assist cross functional team in opportunity identification and development
  • Lead cross functional team through implementation and go-live of successful deal development or projects
  • Ensure all business processes are executed in compliance to Agilent business standards throughout end-to-end engagement
  • Drive profitable growth of the APAC Enterprise Services business through effective utilization of Agilent internal tools
  • Identify and reconcile cross functional barriers to doing business through collaborative solution development
  • Champion positive outcomes for both Agilent and customers by ensuring rigor and effectiveness in executing business processes

Requirements

  • Bachelors or Masters Degree or University Degree or equivalent
  • PMP, Prince2 or other relevant Project Management certification
  • Typically 4+ years relevant experience for entry to this level
  • Requires in-depth knowledge and experience in job and ability to work independently
  • Demonstrates ability to manage and progress multiple projects of medium to high complexity concurrently
  • Rigorous work ethic, with strong attention to detail
  • Must be comfortable handling several different types of information and documentation (technical information, financial information, and contract/agreement type documentation)
  • Able to develop a strong awareness of overarching business, operational, and cross functional needs
  • Is familiar with the needs of a scientific laboratory at a user and management level
  • Strong communication (listening, written, verbal and digital) and teamwork skills, within an organization and across organizations, as well as wide organizational awareness
